1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

We provide development and related services for businesses, startups, and individuals worldwide.

• Service estimates are provided based on project requirements; actual timelines and outcomes may vary.

• We strive to deliver high-quality solutions, but project results cannot be guaranteed due to dependencies outside our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information, materials, and approvals promptly.

• Ensure timely communication to avoid project delays.

• Secure your own sensitive data and credentials; we are not responsible for leaks due to client-side security issues.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via Upwork, bank transfer, or crypto.

• For non-Upwork clients, monthly payments are due within 14 days after invoicing.

• If payment is not received, we may pause the project until payment is made.

• Refunds are offered within 14 days of project start. Clients must return all deliverables and cannot use them commercially.

5. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables created according to client specifications are transferred to the client upon full payment.

• We retain no ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

• Customer information is kept private and shared only under NDA or at client’s request.

• We do not sell client information to third parties.

7. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

• We are not responsible for third-party API issues, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide services but do not guarantee error-free results.

8. Third-Party Services

• We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations included in client projects.

• Clients acknowledge that issues with third-party services do not create grounds for claims against us.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.

• Work completed up to termination remains payable.

10. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

• Disputes will first be resolved via negotiation; if unresolved, through local courts in Ukraine.

11. Amendments

• We may update these Terms. Major changes will be communicated to clients via email before taking effect.

12. Support

• Free support is provided for 1 week after delivery.

• Additional work may incur extra charges.
